OFF-LEASH DOG BEACH. Belmont Harbor Beach DFA (dog friendly area) is .15 acres, east of Lake Shore Drive at north end of Belmont Harbor. Dogs are allowed off-leash in the fenced beach area north of Belmont Harbor Beach, off Lake Shore Drive just south of Recreation Drive.
