OFF-LEASH DOG BEACH. Located at 100 Toro Creek Rd., Cayucos, CA 93430, Toro Creek Dog Beach, also known as Morro Bay Dog Beach, is between Morro Bay and Cayucos six miles north of “The Rock” of Morro Bay. This white sandy beach fills the gap between the north and south sections of Morro Strand State Beach in north Morro Bay. Access the beach from the parking area along Highway 1 between Toro Creek Road and the bridge over Toro Creek.
Dogs are allowed to be off-leash in this one section of beach approximately one mile long.
