Located at 6700 Via Real, Carpinteria, CA 93105, Rincon Beach Park is three miles east of Carpinteria adjacent to the Santa Barbara/Ventura county line. Park Features: Beach Access, Benches or Picnic Tables, Bird Watching, Restrooms, Surfing, Swimming. Directions: From Highway 101 take the Bates Road turn-off south to the park entrance. The parking lot sits high above the sandy beach below. There is a tall stairway and a long graded ramp for access from the bluff top to the beach. Dogs on a leash are allowed on the beach North of Rincon Creek in Santa Barbara County. Dogs are not allowed on the beach South of Rincon Creek (Ventura County).
