Buckskin Mountain State Park is located between Parker Dam and Headgate Dam on Arizona Highway 95, about 12 miles north of Parker, AZ. The nearby River Island Unit is one mile north of the park. It offers a campground, sandy beach, cove, and boat launch area. Dogs on a leash no longer than 6 feet are allowed on the north beach only (north of the boat ramp).
