Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF) pet relief areas are located inside and outside the terminal. There are two pet relief areas at SDF:
Landside (pre-security checkpoint): The spacious pet relief area with comfy artificial grass and a pet watering station is located on the lower curb, outside the baggage claim doors and across the lower level roadway near the covered walkway.
Airside (post-security checkpoint): In the stairwell next to the elevator in the rotunda.
Passengers should contact their airlines for specific policies and fares for transporting pets in cargo or for traveling with a pet or service animal. Passengers should contact TSA for information on security screening for a pet or service animal.
