How do I make changes to my listing?

Please log in on the Customer Dashboard, then click on “My Properties”. Find the property you want to change and click the “Edit” button.

What if I forget my password?

Please click on “Forgot your password?”

How do I change my password and contact information?

Please log in and click on “Your Details”. The password is at the bottom of the form.

How many photos can I have on my listing?

The format of the listing page allows for up to 6 photos.

Can I change the photos on my listing? Is there an extra charge?

You can change the photos at any time. There is no extra charge.

Can I add a link to my own website?

Yes, when you register your property, enter the URL under “Website” at the end of the form.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. Credit card payments can be made online or over the phone.

How do I pay online?

Please log in on the Customer Dashboard, then click on “My Properties”. Find the property and click “Renew”. If your property subscription has already expired, click on “Re-Subscribe”.

How do I submit additional properties?

Please log in on and click on “My Properties”, then click on the blue “Add Property” button at the top.
