Located at 7 Tower Drive, Cape Elizabeth, ME 04107, Crescent Beach State Park is about 8 miles south of Portland on Route 77 in Cape Elizabeth. It offers beautiful coastal views, a walking trail around the cove, sandy oceanfront beaches, saltwater coves, wooded areas, and rock ledges. The park is a classic saltwater beach park with American beachgrass-studded sand dunes, picnic areas and views of fishing boats and an offshore island. The park’s signature feature and namesake is a mile-long, crescent-shaped beach ideal for strolling and sunbathing. Dogs on a leash are allowed on the beach only during the off-season, from October 1st through March 31st.
