OFF-LEASH DOG BEACH. Located at 7409 Picnic Island Blvd., Tampa, FL 33616, Picnic Island Beach Dog Park is an off-leash retreat for dogs, offering ocean access, tranquil waters & picnic tables for humans. The separate, gated dog beach is just south of the fishing pier. The area is not fully fenced so if your dog isn’t voice trained you may have issues. There is a children’s play area as well, with water for both dogs and humans.
