Located at 500 Wonderwood Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32233 on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean just north of Atlantic Beach, Kathryn Abbey Hanna Park features 1.5 miles of sandy beach with multiple access points and home to the premier surfing spot in Northeast Florida, The Poles. The park also has over 20 miles of trails and a 60-acre freshwater lake open to fishing, kayaks, pedal boats and canoes. Dogs on a leash no longer than 8 feet are allowed on the beach and in the park year round. Dogs will need to be on a leash at all times, even in the water.
