Flagler Beach City Beach offers six miles of uncrowded beaches. Dogs on a leash no longer than 8 feet are allowed on the beach north of N. 10th Street and South of S. 10th Street. No pets of any kind allowed on beach from 10th Street North to 10th Street South or near the pier and lifeguard stands.
