OFF-LEASH DOG BEACH. Located at Ocean Blvd., between Granada Avenue and Roycroft Avenue in Long Beach, Rosie’s Dog Beach is the only area along the entire 75-mile stretch of Los Angeles County coastline where dogs are lawfully permitted to romp off-leash. The beach is located along Ocean Blvd between Roycroft and Argonne Avenues. This area is not fenced in and is not a dedicated “dog beach.” The Dog Zone is in effect from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day.
