Hawaii State Parks Pet Policy: Pets are allowed in most areas of Hawaii State Parks. Where permitted, pets must be crated, caged, on a leash no longer than 6 feet at all times. Pets and other animals are prohibited wherever posted, and are not allowed in restaurants, pavilions, swimming areas, campgrounds, lodges, or on beaches. Horses prohibited unless otherwise posted.
