At Rhode Island State Campgrounds, pets (dogs and cats) are allowed in the Burlingame State Campground, Fishermen’s Memorial State Campground, and George Washington State Campground. Pets are not permitted at Charlestown Breachway or East Beach. All dogs must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet. A current Rabies Vaccination Certificate is required for all pets and must be available for inspection by campground staff or law enforcement. Limit of 2 pets per site.
