Located at 3355 Red Lion Road, Bear, DE 19701, Lums Pond State Park Campground is open year-round, with three-point hookups and tent sites. Pets on a leash no longer than 6 feet are allowed in the campground. There is a dog off-leash area in the park located at end of Buck-Jersey Rd. accessed off Howell School Rd. approx. 2 miles east of the park’s main entrance. To access the off-leash area, proceed past the iron gate and walk down about ¼ mile. The area is not fenced.
