OFF-LEASH DOG BEACH. Located at 1 Cherry St., Toronto, ON, Cherry Beach at Clarke Beach Park is on the north shore of the Outer Harbour at the foot of Cherry Street. The park has seven bike trails, two picnic areas, and a designated off-leash dog area on the western boundary of the beach where dogs can swim.
