Major airports around the world offer designated pet and service animal relief areas. Most airports outside the US only provide outdoor pet relief areas. Indoor, post-security animal relief areas are located at certain airports.
AUSTRALIA
Adelaide Airport (ADL)
A designated animal relief area is located outside the terminal, adjacent to the Terminal car park lifts at the southern end of the customer drop-off area. There are two inside the Terminal, on level 2 in the domestic departures area (near Gate 16) and in the international departures area (near Gate 18).
Brisbane Airport (BNE)
Brisbane Airport welcomes passengers traveling with an accredited assistance dog. Animal relief areas are located in the Domestic Terminal, level 2 in the Central Terminal area near Gate 25; and the International Terminal, level 3, Departures area (after Passport Control) behind the Coffee Club.

Animal relief locations: Outside Terminal 4 (cross Departure Drive to the grassed area); Terminal 1 (T1) Qantas domestic departures (after security, level 1) – opposite Hungry Jack’s; Terminal 2 (T2) International T2 Ddepartures (after security, level 1) – near gate 15; and Terminal 3 and 4, Virgin Australia, Jetstar, Rex and Link departures lounge (after security, level 1) – near Sunglass Hut.

Service Animal Relief Areas are located at Terminal 4 – ground floor, opposite check-in (behind car rental desks); and Terminal 1 – ground floor, behind check-in (enter via corridor next to check-in desk 40).

T1 International – on the arrivals level, the facility can be accessed by inbound passengers only. Located opposite Gate 54, just before the Heinemann Duty Free store.
T1 Domestic – after security screening on the concourse level, adjacent to the Heinemann retail area.

A pet relief area is available airside at Gate B09 (Pier B departure area).
CANADA
Vancouver International Airport (YVR)
YVR provides eight full-service pet relief areas post-security on the A/B, C, D and E piers, as well as at the South Terminal.

A pet relief area is located inside the terminal at Gate 51, Non-Schengen area. There is also a location outside, near the entrance to Arrivals hall on floor 1, next to the bus station.

Paris Orly Airport (ORY)
ORY has a designated dog park and pet relief area located in the public (landside) zone on Level 0 between Orly 3 and Orly 4, before security.

Munich International Airport (MUC)
MUC offers designated pet relief areas in public spaces outside the terminals. Additional pet relief areas within the security zone are located in Terminal 1, Hall C1 West, in the Schengen area, as well as in Terminal 1 Pier on Levels 03 and 04 in the non-Schengen area.

At ATH an indoor animal care and relief facility is located inside the terminal next to Departure Gate A15 in the Non-Schengen area.

ITALY
Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO)
FCO provides four designated pet relief areas across the terminals: at the Terminal 3 baggage claim area, near belt number 14; in Terminal 2, one can be used by arriving passengers only and the second one is both for arriving and departuring passengers; and outside the door No. 2 in the Terminal 3 Arrivals area, in the direction of Kiss & Go parking on via Generale Felice Santini.

Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport (MAD)
MAD has installed five free spaces for pets located in Terminals T1, T2, T4 and T4S. All have an activity area, sandpit, water fountain, bag dispenser, litter bin and benches.

PMI features two pet relief areas: on Level 0, in the garden in front of Module A; and on Level 2, in the Soarium area.

Pet relief areas are located outside the main terminal doors, close to Gate A8 and in the mezzanine corridor.

Pet relief rooms are located both pre-security and post-security, with rooms available in the arrivals terminal as well:
Pre-security: located opposite Check-in Island E.
Post-security: near the museum/iGA lounge and near Gate D by the iGA Sleeppod.
Arrivals: A relief area is available in the arrivals terminal.
Domestic Terminal: There is a pet relief room near Gate G1B.

Heathrow offers designated outdoor, pre-security and indoor, post-security pet and service animal relief areas at all terminals, with specific locations in T2, T3, T4, and T5.
