OFF-LEASH DOG BEACH. Located at 13210 Westkal Rd, Coldstream, BC, V1B 1Y5, Pumphouse Beach is a small sandy beach that leads into rocky, shallow waters. There is a delineated portion of the beach where dogs are allowed off-leash (including waste receptacles and a waste-bag dispenser). Park at the Husband Road beach parking lot or Coldstream Station and walk the short distance along the Rail Trail to access Pumphouse Beach.
