Central Illinois Regional Airport (BMI) pet relief areas are located outside the terminal. The airport has designated the grassy area west of the employee parking lot next to the west end of the terminal building as the pet relief area. All small traveling pets are required to be placed in a pet travel carrier while in the building and prior to boarding the aircraft. Passengers should contact their airlines for specific policies and fares for transporting pets in cargo or for traveling with a pet or service animal. Passengers should contact TSA for information on security screening for a pet or service animal.
