McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) pet relief areas are located inside and outside the terminal. The indoor pet relief area is on the concourse past the TSA Security Checkpoint. The airport also has a designated animal relief area outside on the lower level of the terminal building before the Airport Hilton. Directions to the Area: 1. Go to the first floor of the terminal. 2. Exit the Bag Claim #1 (near Delta Air Lines’ Baggage Office) in the direction of the Economy Parking Lot and the Airport Hilton. 3. Take the sidewalk to the end of the glass window wall. 4. Turn right and use the crosswalk across to the designated service animal relief area. Passengers should contact their airlines for specific policies and fares for transporting pets in cargo or for traveling with a pet or service animal.
