Edmonton International Airport (YEG) pet relief areas are located inside and outside the terminal. There is one animal and pet relief room inside the terminal in the Domestic/International Departures Lounge. Located between Gate 52 and Gate 54, the room has artificial turf, a hose for cleaning, pet waste bag dispensers and a garbage can. In addition, there are three pet relief areas outside on the Arrivals Level 1: next to Door 10 by the mailboxes; outside the north-west corner of the Easy Parkade (near metered parking and Rendez-vous) across from Door 3; and just outside of Door 1 by the pathway. All three areas offer pet waste bag dispensers and garbage cans. Passengers should contact their airlines for specific policies and fares for transporting pets in cargo or for traveling with a pet or service animal. Passengers should contact CATSA for information on security screening for a pet or service animal.
