Akron–Canton Airport (CAK) pet relief areas are located inside and outside the terminal. Sponsored by Coastal Pet Products, Inc., the indoor pet relief area is located by Gate 8. It includes artificial anti-microbial turf, fire hydrant, hose, gloves, waste bags, and waste receptacle. The outdoor pet relief area is located right outside Door #1 near the check-in/ticketing counters. Passengers should contact their airlines for specific policies and fares for transporting pets in cargo or for traveling with a pet or service animal. Passengers should contact TSA for information on security screening for a pet or service animal.
