Located at 13000 Whiskey Creek Rd., Tillamook, OR 97141, Cape Lookout State Park is on a sand spit between Netarts Bay and the Pacific Ocean. This scenic park is a popular destination for hiking, beachcombing, and visiting sites along the Three Cape Scenic Loop. Dogs are allowed on the beach, but must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet. Dogs are permitted off-leash on the stretch of beach just north of the campground.
