Located at 970 Ocean Road, Narragansett, RI 02882, Scarborough South State Beach is located to the south of the popular Scarborough North State Beach. It adds close to 16 acres and over 1,000 feet of beach frontage at Scarborough. Amenities include: public restrooms, outdoor and indoor showers, wheelchair accessibility, large parking lot with room for RV and bus parking, food concessions, lifeguard tower, shade gazebos, and electric vehicle charging. Dogs on a leash are allowed on the beach only during the off-season, from Oct. 1st till April 1st.
