Located at 1200 Joslyn Road, Lake Orion, MI 48360, Orion Oaks Dog Park is a 24-acre fenced enclosure featuring a small dog area, including two trails; picnic shelter; drinking water; field area; new parking lot; access to Lake Sixteen for swimming (dogs only); and a dog dock. In Oakland County, all dogs older than the age of four months are required to have a license and wear it at all times. Licenses can be purchased at the Animal Shelter and Pet Adoption Center. Dogs must also have up-to-date vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella) and respond to voice commands.
