Penticton has three off-leash areas:
City Yards, 2088 Dartmouth Road; located in the old SPCA Dog Run beside the City Public Works Yards on Dartmouth Road, this fully-fenced off leash area offers a large dog area as well as a fully fenced small dog area.
Water Treatment Plant, 1900 Penticton Avenue; this fully-fenced area is behind the Water Treatment Plant, and can be accessed via the pathway along Penticton Creek.
Ellis Creek Park, 100 Industrial Avenue West; this fully-fenced area is at the west end of Industrial Avenue along Ellis Creek Park, located beside Ellis Creek at Industrial Place.
