Located on the north end of West Terrace Park, on the west bluffs near Seventh Street and Pennsylvania Avenue below the Lewis and Clark sculpture, West Terrace Dog Park is a 1.5 acre park featuring fencing, a curved path, stone staircase, new trees, benches and picnic tables. Dog owners must register to use West Terrace Dog Park; you do not have to be a Kansas City resident to become a member.
