The Wayne County Parks Dog Park is located at Hawthorne Ridge Park in Westland (Hines Drive, west of Merriman Road). The dog park is open June – April (closed for the month of May for grass re-seeding) from dawn until dusk. All dogs must be registered at the Wayne County Parks office in the Nankin Mills building in Westland.
