Located at 1300 Foulk Rd, Wilmington, DE 19803, Talley Day Dog Park in Talley Day Park has two separated fenced areas: one section for small dogs (however, no weight limits) and one for large dogs. There is a small, gated entrance cage with water fountains for people and dogs, and two large fenced areas for the dogs to run free. This is the only fully-enclosed on all sides off-leash park in Northern DE. Thank you, Ben Wilson!
