Located at 2021 NW 190th St, Shoreline, WA 98177, Richmond Beach Saltwater Park is a beachfront park featuring walking trails, picnic shelters, a playground, and Puget Sound views. Open seasonally Nov. 1st – March 15th is an unfenced off-leash dog area with approximately 300 feet of beach beginning just south of where the bridge exits onto the sand. This 1.2 acre site offers sandy beaches, water access and nearby restrooms and parking. Dogs are only allowed off-leash on the beach during the off-season, from Nov. 1st to March 15th. From March 16th through Oct. 31st dogs are allowed on the beach but must be kept on a leash, even in the water.
