Located at 100 Sand Hill Cove Road, Narragansett, RI 02882, Roger W. Wheeler State Beach covers 27 acres on Block Island Sound and offers picnicking, ocean swimming, and a playground. Amenities include: Shaded Pavilion, Outdoor Showers, Heated Indoor Showers, and Accessible Restroom Facilities. Dogs on a leash are allowed on the beach only during the off-season, from Oct. 1st till April 1st.
