Located at 9500 Sandpiper Lane, Nehalem, OR 97131, Nehalem Bay State Park is set between the ocean and the bay on the Oregon Coast, near the communities of Nehalem and Manzanita on the Nehalem Spit, a 4-mile sand spit west of Nehalem Bay. There is a campground situated among shore pines, just a sand dune away from the beach. Dogs on a leash no longer than 6 feet are allowed on the beach.
