Located on Lower New York Bay, from Fort Wadsworth to Miller Field, Midland Beach lies along the east-central coast of Staten Island. Amenities: Barbecuing Allowed (Midland Avenue and Lincoln Avenue); Bicycle and Skate Path (only permitted from 5:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m.); Boardwalk; Mobile Charging Station. Dogs on a leash no longer than 6 feet on the beach during the off-season, from Oct. 1st to May 1st. Dogs are permitted on the boardwalk.
