Sea Girt Borough Beaches are located on the Atlantic Ocean in Monmouth County, NJ. Dogs on a leash no longer than 6 feet are allowed on the beach during the off-season, from October 1st to March 15th; only in “Recreational Zone” which includes everything south of North Beach. No dogs permitted on Borough Beaches, March 16th to September 30th, inclusive; entire beach which includes the “Protected, Precautionary and Recreational Zones.” No dogs permitted on the boardwalk at any time.
