Managed by the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR), Quincy Shores Reservation is a public recreation area and protected shoreline on Quincy Bay, Boston Harbor, in Quincy, MA. The 2.3-mile beach, accessible along its entire length by Quincy Shore Drive, is popular for its jogging & biking trail. The largest beach on Boston Harbor, it is known locally as Wollaston Beach. Additionally, Caddy Park on the beach’s southern end has more than 15 acres of fields and marsh, as well as a play area, lookout tower, and picnic tables. Dogs on a leash are allowed on the beach during the off-season, from September 16th to May 1st.
